Release the Barriers to Creativity!

This is a 3 part course, its supposed to be an audio a day for 3 days but you can decide how you would like to listen to it. Each audio is approximately 45 minutes.
 
All you need is a piece of paper in front of you, as large as you can get.
Have your regular Creative items off to the side, whether its paint, writing, guitar, design, problem solving, etc.
 
After you have finished each audio, dive into your own Creative items! You will find you have less judgement about yourself and will find it easy to break through blocks.
